Online Purchasing - Security
This website uses a secure shopping cart system which is connected to an NZ-based payment gateway, DPS. Credit card information is interfaced directly via DPS and at no time are your card details stored on our server. Credit card details stored on-site at DPS are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. These servers are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certficate is available for inspection on the payment page.
Sales + Delivery Policy
Minimum order is 2 (two) bottles, and prices are in NZ dollars. All deliveries are handled by our contracted storage and shipping facility in Cromwell, Vinpro. Deliveries are by track and trace courier. Any returns and/or refunds will be managed and actioned at our discretion.
